About Shipping

Shipment will be arranged within 15 business days after payment is cleared as long as buyer's information and shipping address is confirmed. Please provide the right post code and valid phone number to avoid delay in shipping.

Import Tax 

We are NOT liable for ANY import tax, custom fee or customs delay. If the parcel is return back to us due to the buyer's refusal to pay the above fees, we would NOT resend the parcel until the buyer complete those fees and pay ALL the return and resend cost. Buyer can not cancel the order or request refund based on the above reason.We will try our best to help our buyers to minimize the risk of paying the taxes. 



Return and Warranty 

All items are brand new straight from the factory. We offer ONE Year Factory Warranty (accessories not included).

Warranty will be voided as of:

1.Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident. 

2.Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us. 

3.If the item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.

4.If you get defective radio, please take video for us, we will resend new one.

5.If your radio have quality problem, like screen or inside CPU or wifi module.... we will resend new parts.
